The Construction Services Technician plays a key role in performing baseboard replacements and touch-up painting on various projects. Working with a small, focused team, this technician is expected to handle standard carpentry tools and painting supplies efficiently, ensuring quality workmanship in a family-operated environment that values honesty, hard work, and customer care. Projects typically last 2-3 days, with occasional travel between sites, offering opportunities for skill development and long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Replace old baseboards using standard carpentry tools and power tools
• Perform touch-up painting to ensure a clean, finished look
• Handle materials efficiently and responsibly on site
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite during and after projects
• Collaborate with a small team of 2-5 members to complete tasks
• Travel occasionally to various job sites as needed
