OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Racine, WI by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Drive long-haul dry van lanes for HMD Trucking based in Racine, WI, running nationwide freight with consistent miles and dependable routing.

You'll operate as an OTR solo driver in late-model tractors (under three years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, supported by in-house maintenance to keep you moving safely.

Daily Work:

• Safely operate dry van equipment across regional and national routes.
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections, secure freight, and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications & Perks:

• CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Pay starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses; home every two weeks and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
