We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a finance administration role. This position is based in Las Vegas, NV and requires onsite work five days a week. As a contract role, you will be involved in various finance operations tasks, utilizing general office and finance software tools to manage and process financial data effectively.
Code credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Enter invoice data into financial systems. Scan and organize documents for electronic signature routing. Manage accounts payable processes. Support finance operations with administrative tasks.
Experience in a finance administration role. Proficiency in data entry and document management software. Understanding of accounts payable processes. Ability to work onsite in the Las Vegas, NV region. Availability during summer months.
