Job Description

Position: Caregiver

Location: Valleywide

Shifts: Flexible

We are seeking dedicated caregivers for a for Bed bound, Stroke Patient client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a part-time position for weekend shifts, Saturdays and Sundays. This is a non-exempt safety-sensitive position.

Requirements:

• First Aid & CPR Certification (Required)

• Proof of TB Test (Required)

• Two Forms of ID (Required)

• Social Security Card OR U.S. Work Authorization (Required)

• Driver’s License (Optional)

• Car Insurance (Optional)

• Additional training, certification, and licensure are optional

Additional Info:

• A drug test will be conducted upon hire.
