• 5-7 years of experience in product management, new product introduction, or a related role
• Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

• Lead new product introduction process
• Support strategies for new product introductions that align with market needs and business goals
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the NPI process
• Support product testing and validation activities
