As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What’s in it for you Set schedule: Full-Time Thurs-Sun 3pm-11pm/Monday 11pm-7am Competitive hourly wage of $15.60/hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, a paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Multitasking, answering calls, and watching CCTV Strong skills: Using computers for emails, creating badges, etc. Greeting each customer and tenant with the best customer service experience Building rapport with familiar faces Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in the U.S. Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
