Full Job Description We are looking for a qualified and responsible cashier to manage all transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately. A good candidate knows how to operate a cash register and product scanner. They will accept payments, provide receipts, ensure smooth transactions, and satisfy customers. Responsibilities Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises Managing transactions using a cash register and ensuring accurate pricing and quantities Balancing the cash register at the end of shift Scanning goods and verifying accuracy Accepting payments in cash, credit, or check, and providing change and receipts Issuing coupons, vouchers, stamps, and gift cards Processing returns, refunds, and resolving customer complaints Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for safe transport Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate Requirements Basic computer knowledge Good math skills Excellent communication skills Ability to effectively resolve complaints Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is an advantage About Little Caesars The global chain that Little Caesars is today began with a blind date between Mike Ilitch and Marian Bayoff that was arranged by Mike’s father in 1954.
