Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Ability to Pass Background Checks Ability to Read, Write, and Speak English Strong Communication Skills Compassionate, Reliable, and Professional Demeanor Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Assist with ambulation and transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and laundry Change bed linens and maintain a safe home environment Run errands and assist with grocery shopping Provide transportation to appointments and community activities Support clients with activities of daily living while promoting independence Who Thrives at Tailored Care?
