A registered nurse specializing in Mother/Baby (L&D and Postpartum) is sought for a facility located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care within the Mother Baby unit, with a focus on postpartum and neonatal care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), 2+ years of experience in a Mother/Baby or related clinical setting, familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as EPIC.

• Float: As needed
• Additional Information: The unit accommodates approximately three mother-baby couplets per nurse, with postpartum patients on Mag usually being 1:1 for the first 12 hours, then possibly combining couplets as needed. The role requires evaluating patient care, coordinating with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and providing care aligned with the organizations mission, values, and standards.
