Solutions Specialist Mobile - CCI What You’ll Do Explain and demonstrate product capabilities and offer product suggestions based on customer wants and needs. Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention. Assist with opening and closing the retail environment. Handle cash transactions properly. Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos. Support fellow sales agents as needed. Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings through training. May be required to work in other nearby locations. Qualifications Minimum: HS diploma or GED, or up to 2 years of relevant work experience. Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken. Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; consultative, solutions‑based selling. Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a service‑oriented, fast‑paced environment. Ability to be mobile within the store for long periods. Computer literacy and aptitude for learning product systems. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to lift 25–50 pounds to help manage stock room inventory. Preferred: Some college experience with a focus in sales, business, or management. Preferred: One year of experience in sales, retail sales, or service industry. Preferred: Experience selling wireless/mobile products. Benefits Base hourly rate of $16.50 /hour with a variable targeted total compensation of $49,668 per year, and additional commission potential. Full‑time hourly base rate of $16.50/hour plus monthly targeted commissions. Paid time off: sixteen hours per month plus seven paid holidays; additional PTO for bereavement, jury duty, volunteer time, military leave, and parental leave.
