Job Description As a Security Shift Supervisor in Apex, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Security Officer at a professional campus location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and employees, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
