Care Connection Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated PTA who is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist the Physical Therapist with safe and effective treatment programs based on individual resident needs. Provide quality therapy services while maintaining resident safety, dignity, and comfort. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly equipped therapy area. Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards. Properly use PPE when required and report safety hazards or equipment concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with residents, families, therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the care team. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements Current, unrestricted New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
