LTL Reefer
Average annual pay: $80,000 – $90,000
Drivers average $0.74 CPM annually
Guarantee of $0.60 CPM
Base: Starting at $0.50 CPM with an average of 2,500 miles weekly plus qualifying bonuses
Daily minimum pay $250
Pay based on all miles!
Stop Pay: $25 per stop (1st and last stop included)
Detention: $25/per hour.
Fuel Bonus: $0.01 – $0.05 CPM based on fuel efficiency – paid weekly
Safety Bonus: $0.02 CPM – paid weekly

Monthly Revenue Sharing Bonuses
