Job Description As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing quality patient care during the weekend shift. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee patients' health and ensure their safety and well-being. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop nursing care plans. Administer medications and monitor responses to treatments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Document patient care accurately and maintain health records. Educate patients and families on healthcare practices and discharge planning. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing. CPR and First Aid certifications preferred. Experience in the applicable healthcare setting.
