Volunteer Photographer

Position Summary Ripple 2 Wave Foundation is seeking a passionate Volunteer Storytelling Photographer to help us capture and share our mission through powerful visual narratives. In this role, you won't just take pictures, you will use your lens to tell the compelling stories of our community, our impact, and the people we serve. If you have a sharp eye for candid moments and a heart for non-profit storytelling, we would love to have you on board. Key Responsibilities Visual Storytelling: Capture high-quality, emotionally resonant photographs that illustrate the day-to-day impact and core mission of the foundation. Content Creation: Focus on creating photo-essays and visual aids that can be paired with written stories for marketing, social media, and annual reports. Coordination: Work closely with the Multimedia Coordinator to align your visual style with our current campaigns and branding goals. Asset Management: Basic editing, culling, and organizing of captured images into a shared digital library for team use. Qualifications The Storyteller’s Lens: Ability to capture authentic, candid moments that evoke empathy and connection, rather than just staged corporate shots. Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate across a diverse media and storytelling team. Equipment: Must have access to your own photography gear and editing setup.
