Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure all meat products are properly labeled and displayed attractively. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Perform regular equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in meat cutting and preparation. Requirements: Previous experience as a meat cutter or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and safety standards. Ability to operate meat cutting equipment and tools safely. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in meat cutting is a plus. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
