Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
• Manage front desk operations efficiently
• Collect copayments, deductibles
• Schedule appointments accurately using medical scheduling systems
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services
• Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the medical office staff
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Answer phone calls as needed
• Perform other tasks assigned by Practice Administrator or Clinician

Education requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Qualifications:

• Experience in a dental or medical office setting
• Proficiency in medical scheduling systems
• Excellent front desk etiquette and communication abilities
• Familiarity with medical receptionist duties
• Ability to manage medical records and provide administrative support

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of basic billing procedures is a plus
