You manage tenant relations, from ensuring smooth lease renewals to addressing concerns promptly. You collaborate with your teams, both on-site and remotely, to keep everything running seamlessly. The properties you oversee are well-maintained, and you ensure that tenants and owners are happy. You also work closely with the business development manager, helping onboard new clients who align with our core values-Integrity, Growth Takes Courage, and Teamwork.Your hybrid role will blend office work (33%), field visits (33%), and some time at home (33%), giving you the flexibility to stay productive and connected.
