Overview Retail Sales Lead (Part Time) - Brentwood, TN Location: BRENTWOOD, TN Employment Type: PART TIME, ONSITE Le Creuset is a heritage brand crafting cookware and kitchen experiences. We are looking for a sales lead to support the retail store in delivering excellence in sales, service, and operations. You will coach sales associates to become customer service and product knowledge experts, and help create joyful Brand experiences for customers and celebrate strong team performance. Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Drive sales and KPI performance through active coaching, act as Manager-on-Duty, and foster strong partnerships with the team and store leadership. Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Role model selling behaviors, build customer loyalty through personalized service, and share expertise in cooking, baking, and entertaining. Execute with Excellence: Oversee daily operations including cash handling, merchandising, inventory control, and maintaining visual standards while adapting to changing business needs. Qualifications Prior retail sales and supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment. Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Authentic passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining.
