Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCFI) is seeking a strategic General Manager to lead operations in our Banking, Insurance & Investment division within the Executive, Management & Leadership team. This role oversees branch performance, personal lending, retail financing, and insurance offerings, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience. The General Manager will drive market growth, optimize financial performance, mentor cross‑functional teams, and collaborate with Financial Analysts on portfolio strategies, budget planning, and risk management while fostering CCFI’s inclusive, community-focused culture.
