• After one year, earn up to $35/hr , based on hitting clear performance benchmarks

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR LEAD PAINTER - CREW LEADER:

As our Lead Painter - Crew Leader, you'll guide a small, tight-knit painting crew on interior and exterior residential repaint projects-managing just one site at a time so you can focus on quality. You'll coordinate the daily workflow, ensure timelines and budgets are met, maintain client communication, and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. You'll track progress, document results, and wrap up projects with satisfied homeowners and smooth final billing.

OUR IDEAL LEAD PAINTER - CREW LEADER:

Do you take pride in your work and pay close attention to detail? Are you positive, reliable, and steady under pressure? Do you prioritize efficiency, quality, and keeping a clean jobsite? Are you comfortable communicating with clients and leading a crew? Do you have experience with fine finishes, interior painting projects, and exterior work? If you answered "yes" and can meet the following qualifications, you'd be our perfect Lead Painter - Crew Leader!

• 5+ years of hands-on residential repainting experience
• 3+ years of leadership or crew management
• Ability to climb ladders, lift materials, and work at heights (up to 40 ft)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in the Portland, Oregon metro area
• Smartphone with data plan
