About the Role Our Physical Therapist will provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve quality of life. Your expertise will contribute to delivering personalized and effective therapy programs. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients\' functional abilities, limitations, and goals. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities. Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients\' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each patient\'s needs. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Monitor and document patients\' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Meet the needs of having patients execute Plan of Care and following up with patients if noncompliance occurs. Be a team player to utilize nonclinical staff to support caseload needs. Delegate and use a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) when applicable. Contribute to a collaborative culture aligned with our service vision. Adapt to changes in patient schedules and daily patterns. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals.
