Sr. Global Account Director, GSI

Job Description Uniphore is a leading B2B AI-native company focused on creating human‑centered AI solutions for enterprises. The role of Global Account Director – GSI Partnerships is to drive revenue growth through relationships with Tier 1 Global System Integrators. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver revenue targets tied to assigned GSI partnerships. Execute joint account planning with GSI partners to build and advance pipeline. Drive partner‑sourced and influenced opportunities through the full sales cycle. Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification to close. Present Uniphore’s AI solutions and craft value‑based business cases for executives. Negotiate complex agreements to ensure win‑win outcomes. Build and sustain trusted senior‑level relationships with GSI sales leaders and practice heads. Act as the primary point of contact for sales execution with designated GSIs. Partner with Marketing to deliver co‑branded campaigns and joint events. Align with Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure partner solutions address customer needs. Work with Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion of GSI‑driven deployments. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within Salesforce. Qualifications 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology. Proven success in GSI/BPO partnerships, specifically selling to KPMG. Demonstrated track record of quota attainment in complex solution selling. Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders at GSIs and customers. Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. Bachelor’s degree required. Hiring Range (Palo Alto, CA) $289,600 – $398,000 OTE (60% base salary / 40% variable compensation). Benefits Base pay plus annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement.
