Hospice Admissions Nurse (RN) - Home-Based Care

Ennoble Care

Ennoble Care in Virginia is hiring a Full-Time Admissions Nurse to assess patients in the Arlington County region and surrounding areas. You will work with the interdisciplinary team under the Director of Nursing to perform skilled nursing assessments, plan and implement care to maximize comfort and health for patients and families. Required an RN licensed in Virginia, Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred). Hospice, home health, or geriatrics experience is valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ennoble Care
