Immediate need for a talented IVR Tester with experience in the IT Industry. This is a Permanent Opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC. Please review the job description below. Job ID: 18-30608 Key Responsibilities:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.At least 4 years of experience in IVR systems including QA and Automation and Customer Care application QA skills.At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle and testing life cycle.At least 3 years of experience in testing web services and Unix based applicationsKey Responsibilities and Technology Experience:At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.At least 3 years of experience in Automation of Front end and back end applications.At least 3 years' experience working in Client ALMAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience to IVR and Cable domainAnalytical skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Our client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
