Overview Rapid Medical is a tech-forward logistics partner for labs, clinics, and health systems, operating across various states and managing thousands of daily stops that keep healthcare running. Route Details Route: Morgantown to St Clairsville – 191 miles (2:00 PM start, Saturday). Total Miles: 191 Days: Saturday Start Time: 2:00 PM Lock-in location: Morgantown. Contractors must be located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route. Compensation Daily rate: $220.00 per day Weekly bonus opportunity: $0 (additional $25–$100 per week based on your route) Sign‑On Bonus: $150 upon successful completion of first 30 days or until you remain active and in good standing with no excessive call-outs. Instant cash out upon route completion or bi‑weekly direct deposit – your choice, set up during onboarding. Responsibilities Report to the dispatch location to pick up supplies and materials for your route. Run assigned stops using the driver app, which handles navigation, stop details, scheduling, and real‑time dispatch support. Document pickups and deliveries with photos and proof of delivery (POD) through the app. Handle specimens carefully – all stops have scheduled pickup times and specimens are time‑sensitive. Maintain proper temperature handling at all times (room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen as required). Contact dispatch immediately if anything appears damaged, improperly packaged, or if you encounter any issues on route. What You’ll Need Vehicle & Insurance Personal vehicle in good working condition (leased, owned, or rental). Vehicle model year 2016 or newer preferred; older vehicles reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. Valid driver’s license and up-to-date registration. Active auto insurance in your name (or authorization letter from the registered owner). Tech Smartphone (iOS 13+ or Android 11+) to run the driver app. Reliable data connection – the app needs internet access throughout the route. You 21 years of age or older. Satisfactory driving record (MVR). Ability to lift and carry loads up to 25 lbs. Prior experience in delivery, rideshare, or medical courier services is a plus but not required. What We Provide Rapid Medical branded shirt and bag provided at no cost. Full onboarding before your first route – app walkthrough, route preview, and protocol training. Real‑time dispatch support on every route, start to finish. What We Expect Arrive on time. Conduct yourself professionally at all pickup and delivery locations. Inspect specimen count and packaging at every stop – never leave specimens in a hot vehicle. Contact dispatch immediately if anything appears damaged, improperly packaged, or if you encounter any issues on route.
