Commercial Real Estate Attorney

LHH is working closely with several AmLaw firms on commercial real estate associate needs, including an unposted opportunity we are handling directly with the hiring team.

This Boston-based role sits within a highly active real estate group advising on sophisticated, national transactions across a range of asset classes.

What you’ll do:

• Work on a mix of acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Represent institutional clients including private equity sponsors, investors, and developers
• Draft and negotiate core deal documents (PSAs, loan docs, JV agreements)
• Take on meaningful responsibility early with direct partner exposure

What they’re looking for:

• ~3–5 years of commercial real estate experience from a large law firm
• Strong exposure to financing work (lender or borrower side)
• Experience running pieces of transactions with increasing independence
• Solid academic background and strong drafting skills
