Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our Englewood team. This role involves providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat mental health conditions across the lifespan Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care including therapy Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with case managers and care coordination teams to support patient outcomes Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Maintain compliance with Medicaid, commercial insurance, and regulatory requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive clinical environment Provide clinical guidance to case managers related to care coordination Support continuity of care through collaboration with community partners, hospitals, and referral sources Participate in quality, safety, and clinical best practice initiatives Qualifications New graduate applicants welcome DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Full-Time preferred (flexible scheduling options available) In-person: Primarily based at the Englewood location, with the possibility of in-person coverage at the Colorado Springs location as needed.
