To enhance the firm's people experience strategy, the remote People Strategy & Programs Specialist will leverage data analysis and a consultative approach to design, implement, and manage key initiatives focused on employee well-being, development, and retention across the US and global teams. Key responsibilities Liaise with US Centers of Excellence and local People Teams to implement the comprehensive people experience strategy Manage and promote initiatives related to employee well-being, apprenticeship programs, and employee feedback mechanisms Analyze people data to provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for program adjustments Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in HR, People Strategy, Program Management, or a related strategic business role Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from conception through implementation Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration in a matrix organization
