Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular in Rochester, Minnesota. This position involves coordinating nursing care for critically ill adult patients with altered cardiac function and hemodynamic instability in a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. The RN will support professional nursing practice across practice settings, providing direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. The role requires adherence to clinical standards and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Job Details:

• Location: Rochester, MN
• Shift: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Schedule: 13-week assignment, 1 year of travel experience required
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: Two years of recent acute nursing experience, one year of recent RN travel experience, two years of Cardiac ICU RN experience, pulmonary artery catheter experience, IABP, Impella, advanced hemodynamic monitoring and management, ventilator management, current RN license by applicable state requirements, BLS competency (or equivalent).
• Preferred Qualifications: CCRN certification.
• Additional Information: Floating may be required as needed. Skills in cardiac monitoring, telemetry, and reading strips are essential. ECG exam during orientation must be passed to continue the assignment.
