The Client We are partnering with a leading global real assets and infrastructure platform to appoint an experienced Leasing Manager to drive performance across a high-quality industrial and commercial property portfolio. The Opportunity This is a key, revenue-generating role responsible for shaping leasing strategy, maximising occupancy, and enhancing portfolio performance. You’ll take ownership of the full leasing lifecycle- working closely with brokers, tenants, and internal teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to position assets competitively Source, attract, and retain high-quality tenants across the portfolio Lead lease negotiations to secure favourable commercial terms Drive property marketing initiatives and broker engagement Manage the full transaction process from initial interest through to lease execution Oversee lease administration including renewals, amendments, and compliance Deliver regular reporting on leasing performance, occupancy, and revenue Conduct property tours and present assets to prospective tenants Partner with finance and property teams on budgeting and performance optimisation Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and stakeholders Resolve tenant issues and leasing challenges effectively About You Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or similar 8-10 years’ experience across industrial/commercial leasing (including pre-leasing or build-to-suit) Strong network within the brokerage community with a proven deal track record In-depth knowledge of lease structures, negotiations, and market dynamics Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills Experience using property management and CRM systems Highly organised with strong attention to detail Active real estate licence (as required by state) What Success Looks Like High occupancy rates and reduced vacancy across the portfolio Consistent deal flow and strong lease transaction volume Strong tenant retention and satisfaction Reduced lease-up timelines and increased rental income Delivery against budget and performance targets Why Consider This Role?
