The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week. $18 per hour Holiday pay: $200 per day Activity-Based Bonus Components: Cent per mile rate: $0.66-$0.68 Stop pay: $45.00 per stop Detention pay: $15 per hour Safety training: $20 per hour Outsource work: $110-$340 per day New hire training period: $300 per day.
