Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent three years as a team member and completed the Agent Aspirant Program before opening my own agency. I'm proud to have already mentored an aspirant who has gone on to open their own agency. I'm a graduate of Louisiana State University, married with two boys, and enjoy spending time outdoors and cheering on LSU sports. Giving back to our community is important to us. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
