Synthpop is seeking a backend engineer to design and develop cutting edge python software for the healthcare market, create infrastructure to support large language model inference, and optimize codebases for large-scale deployments. This hybrid role is remote-first with weekly in-person meetings in San Francisco and about 25% travel. You’ll protect patient data, implement secure APIs, participate in Agile ceremonies, and work with Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and GitHub. #J-18808-Ljbffr Newfund
