Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Repack / General Warehouse Workers to support daily warehouse operations in a high-volume, client-focused environment. This position is responsible for repacking and labeling products, quality checks, pallet handling, inventory support, warehouse cleanliness, and other general warehouse duties.  

Responsibilities:

• Pack finished products into boxes according to customer specifications, including taping, labeling, and palletizing completed orders.
• Inspect products to ensure quality, condition, and labeling requirements are met before shipment.
• Maintain labeling compliance according to product safety and customer requirements.
• Assist with pallet projects, including case picking, stretch wrapping, and unwrapping cases and other assignments as needed.
• Check pick sheets and verify outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Verify bills of lading (BOLs) match pallets received on inbound loads.
• Move and count pallets to assist with inventory preparation and warehouse organization.
• Operate a forklift as assigned and assist with material movement.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed and repetitive work instructions accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to cross-train in different warehouse jobs and production lines.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable assistance.  
• This is an active warehouse position requiring frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.  
• The position may also require the use of hands for manual dexterity and handling products.  

Schedule:  

• 2nd Shift|  Monday – Friday | 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm

Compensation:  

• $18.50 per hour
