Your ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and deliver excellent customer service will be crucial in this role.Job responsibilitiesLead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, utilizing your expertise in project management and strategic thinking to deliver results across various business units.Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments.Utilize data analytics to monitor program progress, make informed decisions, and direct necessary adjustments to ensure the successful delivery of program commitments.Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth, and effectively delegating tasks to ensure efficient and effective achievement of objectives.Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, and collaborating to resolve any arising issues.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSeasoned experience with products (Equities, Fixed Income, OTCs, ETD, Repos).Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects, delivering results across various business units, typically demonstrated through 7+ years of relevant experience.Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret models, make inferences from data, and provide continuous insight for program execution.Proven experience in conflict management, with the ability to identify conflicts, facilitate discussions, and create win-win solutions using collaboration or negotiation strategies.Advanced computer literacy, with the ability to effectively use technology to perform tasks, solve problems, and communicate in a professional setting.Proficiency in strategic thinking, with the ability to use data to understand issues and opportunities, evaluate potential scenarios, and collaborate on strategy and priority development.Experience with Market Data Instrument (this includes experience across lifecycle of instrument for both market listed: CUSIPS, ISINS and OTC instruments: Derivatives, Repos, Time Deposits, CFD's).Experience with Corporate Actions and the corporate action event impact to instrument data across time series and instrument changesAbility to investigate instrument data issues across instrument mastering, instrument pricingPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsIntegrate artificial intelligence solutions to enhance project outcomes and drive data-driven decision-making.Implement automation to streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency.Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies.Mentor team members to support their professional growth and enhance project management capabilities.JPMorgan Chase & Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Veterans
