Assistant Graphic Designer

As the Assistant Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in helping us develop and execute creative design solutions for our online and in-person training programs. You will work closely with our Graphic Designer and Marketing team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, social media graphics, and other design assets. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand and marketing strategy Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials Assist in the development and maintenance of our brand identity and style guide Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our online training platform Collaborate with our instructional design team to create engaging and effective training materials Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continually improve our visual presence Assist with photo and video shoots for marketing and training purposes Support other design and marketing projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for emergency preparedness and saving lives is a plus We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company A collaborative and supportive work environment The satisfaction of knowing your work is making a difference in people's lives If you are a creative and motivated individual with a passion for design and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
