Field Nurse Case Manager - Workers' Comp (RN)

Paradigm is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to support Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and surrounding areas. This home/field based role requires travel to doctors' offices, hospitals, and other sites to coordinate care for workers with injuries. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate cases while collaborating with carriers, providers, employers, and employees. Ideal candidates hold an active NY RN license, with NJ license preferred, and CCM/CRRN/CDMS/CDCRC certifications desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paradigm
