Step into a rewarding role delivering essential Occupational Therapy services within a vibrant preschool setting. This contract, full-time opportunity is ideal for a skilled OT looking to make a meaningful difference during a maternity leave coverage from January through the end of April. You’ll work closely with approximately 35 preschoolers, providing assessments, individualized interventions, and collaborating with educators and families to help each student reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current OT licensure and certification appropriate for school-based practice
• Previous experience with preschool-aged children highly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Team-focused attitude and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic educational environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess functional abilities and identify areas of need for preschool students
• Develop and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in alignment with IEP goals
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in adherence to school and legal standards
• Consult with teachers, aides, and families to support student success in the classroom
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to an inclusive, supportive school atmosphere
