About the Opportunity We're looking for a motivated, personable Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll be representing three complementary product lines under one roof, giving you multiple ways to serve customers and close deals: Residential fire sprinkler systems Solar panel systems and battery storage solutions Home Automation — Smart home automation What You’ll Do Generate and follow up on leads for fire sprinkler, solar/battery, and smart home automation installations Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess their needs Present tailored proposals and pricing for one or more of our product lines Build long-term relationships and generate referrals Work closely with our install and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs Stay current on industry trends, incentives/rebates, and product updates What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed sales goals Comfortable learning multiple product lines (training provided) Reliable transportation for in-field appointments Prior sales experience a plus, but not required — we're open to the right personality and work ethic Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Why Join Us Sell across three in-demand industries — more products, more opportunities to close Growing company with room for advancement Supportive team and hands-on training Pay structure, schedule, and territory details will be discussed during the interview. #J-18808-Ljbffr CALSTATE ENERGY INC
