Engineering Task Lead

LightGrid is looking for an Engineering task lead. This position requires an Active TS/SCI Clearance. The Engineering Task Lead will oversee all engineering activities under DISA, including design, development, integration, and sustainment of enterprise IT systems across on‑premises and cloud environments. The role is responsible for ensuring technical execution aligns with DISA standards, supporting system transitions from development to operations, and maintaining resilient, secure, and scalable solutions. The Engineering Lead will manage engineering teams, coordinate with architecture and development leads, and ensure delivery of mission‑critical capabilities supporting Pentagon and NCR stakeholders.
