Business Office Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including financial and administrative tasks
- Oversee all receivable and payable accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to properly account for transactions.
- Maintain comprehensive accounting records and reports for management review
- Lead and mentor office staff to promote productivity and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in business accounting management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in dealership management software-Reynolds & Reynolds-and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
