Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Provide urgent and well-visit care for pediatric and adolescent patients from newborn through age 22 at Martha Eliot Health Center. Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients; provide adolescent health consultations; and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care. The role includes a weekday schedule and weekend rotation.
