Free uniforms Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Primary Responsibilities Load and unload trucks, receive stock, and put away inventory Pull and prepare customer orders, palletize/wrap orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard at all times Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality in all tasks Conduct accurate inventory counts and cycle counts Align all communications and actions with the company’s mission, vision, and culture Manage time effectively, meet personal and team goals, and collaborate productively with coworkers Understand and follow all company policies and procedures Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Process and ship orders via Amazon and FedEx Pre‑Employment Requirements Drug test Background check Reference check Pass a forklift field test Qualifications Minimum 2–4 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. Dependable, punctual, and reliable transportation to arrive and be ready to work at the scheduled time Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Trustworthy, with strong communication skills Coachable and accountable Basic math skills Works with a high level of accountability Experience with building materials (preferred) Physical Demands Regularly required to sit while operating a forklift Required to get on and off the forklift frequently Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, crawl, balance, push, pull, grasp, lift, and handle objects/tools Must regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
