- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Exceptional communication skills across all channels - written, verbal, and attentive listening.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, ensuring swift resolutions for customer inquiries.
- Collaborative spirit, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and CRM systems.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter, update, and retrieve customer information in multiple systems.
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly and follow established processes.
Sean brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has proudly served as a local State Farm Agent and business owner for more than 15 years. Supported by a dedicated team of eight, Sean’s agency is committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive workplace environment.
