CDL A Local Tractor Owner Operator – Wilmington, MA Position at CEVA Freight, LLC – First & Final Mile. CEVA Logistics is seeking Tractor Owners in Wilmington, MA to operate exclusively under CEVA’s authority. The assignment involves hauling CEVA’s 53‑foot dry van trailers and making local deliveries to commercial customers Monday through Friday within the Boston, MA area. Compensation Top Tractor Owner Operators Gross Up to $175,000 per year Estimated average revenue of $3,000 per week Weekly settlements deposited through Comdata Sign‑on incentive: $1,500 paid over 3 months (50% on first settlement, 50% after 90 days) Driver referral bonus: $1,000 per driver hired, paid after 90 days Highlights IC’s would operate under CEVA’s authority Voluntary programs Insurance available for purchase: liability, non‑trucking, physical damage, occupational accident Roadside assistance Health benefits available for purchase Home Time, Route & Schedule Home Daily Shift starts 6:00 am Operation times: Monday – Friday Route: all local, within 150 miles of Boston, MA Requirements Tractors must be 10 years old or newer Tractors must be red, white, or blue in color Qualifications Valid CDL A license At least 21 years of age No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years Current DOT medical card Owner operators living within 50 miles of Wilmington, MA EEO Statement CEVA Logistics is an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
