Part Time Merchandiser

Overview For more than 20 years, Footprint Solutions has partnered with some of the nation's leading retailers to provide merchandising, installation, and in-store support services. We help retailers keep their stores organized, stocked, and customer‑ready. What You’ll Do Independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards. Stock shelves and organize merchandise. Update planograms and product displays. Complete audits, surveys, and reporting. Assist with store refreshes and resets. Apply security tags and labels. Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app. Build professional relationships with store associates and management. Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores. Compensation and Benefits Starting pay: $18.00 per hour. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursement for travel between locations. Flexible schedule allowing supplemental income. Early wage access. 401(k) with company match (when eligible). No experience required – virtual training and ongoing support provided. Where You Will Work This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or e‑mail. Ability to work independently and efficiently while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device. Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented. Effective communication with store personnel. Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions. Physical Requirements Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks. Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high. Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
