About the Role:

Growhaven LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Co-Manager to join our team in Prescott, AZ! This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll help drive daily operations, inspire a team, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior management to oversee daily operations and ensure business objectives are met
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators, sales goals, and operational metrics
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Support inventory management, scheduling, and resource allocation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational and performance goals
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic business software and reporting tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
