As a PS Mechanical CAD Designer you will have the opportunity to support engineering activities spanning the product lifecycle including design & development, transition to production, test equipment design and development, as well as production sustainment for complex electronics, electro-mechanical, and optomechanical designs. Candidates will work within dynamic engineering development teams collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues and experts from around the country in the effort to deliver the most advanced products our customers require to do their jobs! Successful candidates must possess strong technical aptitude, communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally within the hardware engineering organization and with other engineering disciplines/functions. You will be expected to exercise discretion and independent judgment in technical areas based on mechanical engineering principles and practical design & development experience. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
