The Sales Representative role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. In addition, this role will partner with highly skilled professionals across the business to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer service. This candidate will be results-driven, energetic, and passionate about contributing to the company's success. In addition, the person in this role will have the mentality to think like a business owner and take a proactive yet collaborative approach to accomplishing organizational goals. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager or Director of Sales.

Here's what you'll do:

• Generate leads, confirm appointments, and build a solid pipeline to achieve your sales goals.
• Develop strong relationships with prospects in your assigned territory and convert them into loyal customers.
• Move prospects efficiently through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Assist with and attend first implementation meetings for all new clients.
• Complete new hire training, participate in ongoing sales training, and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
• Effectively communicate the value of our software solutions through clear written and verbal communication.

To be successful, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-3 years of experience in a competitive sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Assess client needs and provide strategic business solutions.
• Effectively troubleshoot challenges and identify creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving results.
• Deliver compelling presentations to convert prospects into clients.
• Exceptional organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
